Learn To Skate
Day/Time: Sunday’s 2:00-2:50pm
Place: Connecticut College
Fee: $95.00 for 6 week session
Session 1: 6 weeks- 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21 (No class Thanksgiving weekend 11/30)
Session 2: 6 weeks- 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8

We will accept PayPal as of 9/29/08. To pay online, you still need to complete the application
with waiver signed and send to address on the bottom of page.
ISI Full Membership: Please complete this form if you would like to become a Symmetrical
membership. You do not need to fill this form out if you have already completed a registration
form to participate in our classes. Completed membership applications can be mailed to the
address listed at the bottom of the membership application or be given to Tiesha during classes.
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more. To receive the group registration form you
must contact Tiesha at 860-608-0855 or by email. All group rate participants must register with
payment 1 week prior to the start date of class.
Registrations must be postmarked by to receive the group rate:

Session 2: 12/27
